Fitness Blender is an excellent site put together by a husband and wife team—Daniel and Kelli.
Every workout on the site is free.
They offer everything from single workouts to workout programs and meal plans. All free!
Daniel and Kelli video their workout routines and exercises from their garage, outside, or other venues, and share them with the world. They exist solely on donations to create quality content and keep it all free of charge.
They offer every kind of bodyweight exercise and workout under the sun (as well as workouts with dumbbells, kettlebells, and the like).
Their workouts can vary from 10 minutes to 87 minutes! They also rate each workouts’ difficulty level so you know what you’re getting into. You do the workout along with Daniel or Kelli. Each workout also provides a timer.
Here’s a great body weight workout you could do in your living room. Only fourteen minutes long. And all you need.
