If you’re like me, you sit at a desk and stare at a computer much of the day (even in meetings). This is draining. It also affects one’s posture. My posture has never been that great. As I’ve aged it has only worsened. That’s why chiropractic care is a gift! But that’s another post. And it’s also not enough. Here’s a little midday pick-me-up I did yesterday to get the blood flowing, especially in my back. It helps one’s posture (and core) too. Of course, you have to do monumentally more exercise and core work to make any real and lasting difference. Just consider this a “snack” for well-being, so that you and I can continue to be “instruments…useful to the Master” (2 Timothy 2:21). Enjoy.
