The below was supposed to be a light off-day workout to keep the blood flowing. It kicked my rearend. If you want to use it as an off day workout do only one round or cut the repetitions in half. Otherwise use it as a weekend workout. It’s a good one. You’ll need a couple of light dumbbells and a Pilates (stability) ball. I used a light kettlebell for the swings but you can use a dumbbell for that also. Click on the exercise titles beside the picture for video or explanation of the workouts. Enjoy.

Shuttle Sprints (Aim for about 15 yards. Sprint from spot to spot did this in my garage actually. In a garage you can only get about 6 yards between spots. So simply double repetitions ).
